01 · What it includes
Each item can be contracted separately or as part of a turnkey project.
Repacking
Transferring parts from one container to another, with forklift loading and unloading.
Pick and place
Fast part handling between stations.
Bin picking
Picking loose parts from bins with 3D vision.
Custom grippers
Tool design and testing with your real product.
Machine tending
Automatic loading and unloading of process machines.

Work zones shared with and separated from the robot.

Everything that can be tested before the shutdown is tested before.

Visit and initial data
We look at the machine or the line, measure the cycle and ask you for the part or its CAD, the layout and photos.

Layout and simulation
The cell in 3D with the real robot: reach, interference and simulated cycle. The first proposal is free of charge.

Manufacturing and programming
The mechanical parts are manufactured and we program the robot, PLC, vision and HMI.

FAT in our workshop
We build the complete cell in Ortuella and test it, with you present if you wish.

Commissioning
Installation at your plant, tuning to production rate and training for production and maintenance staff.

Support
Remote and on-site support for as long as the line runs. Software is handed over open, except proprietary software.

The first proposal, with the cell placed in your plant, is free of charge.

Do you test the gripper with our product?
Yes. We test the tool with your real part or product before finalising the design.
Do you work outside the automotive sector?
Yes. Most of our projects are in metal stamping, but we design cells for any sector that needs to handle, inspect or pack.
Is there a charge for the first proposal?
No. With the layout and the part we send you a first proposal with the cell placed in your plant, free of charge.
