Machine vision for inspection and robot guidance
We integrate cameras and 3D profilers with the robot and the PLC: the robot knows where the part is, the line knows whether the part is good and the plant keeps the result.

Each item can be contracted separately or as part of a turnkey project.
Robot guidance
The camera locates the part and corrects the robot pick, as on a press line loader.
3D part inspection
A profiler over the moving part to detect wrinkles, splits and out-of-tolerance dimensions.
Automatic rejection
Bad parts are separated without stopping the line and logged.
Code reading
Traceability of every part with 1D and 2D codes.
Bin picking
3D vision for picking loose parts.
Results to the MES
Every inspection reaches the plant system over MQTT.
Everything that can be tested before the shutdown is tested before.
- 01
Visit and initial data
We look at the machine or the line, measure the cycle and ask you for the part or its CAD, the layout and photos.
DELIVERABLE · Initial data - 02
Layout and simulation
The cell in 3D with the real robot: reach, interference and simulated cycle. The first proposal is free of charge.
DELIVERABLE · Proposal with layout and cycle time - 03
Manufacturing and programming
The mechanical parts are manufactured and we program the robot, PLC, vision and HMI.
DELIVERABLE · Programs and documentation - 04
FAT in our workshop
We build the complete cell in Ortuella and test it, with you present if you wish.
DELIVERABLE · FAT report - 05
Commissioning
Installation at your plant, tuning to production rate and training for production and maintenance staff.
DELIVERABLE · Acceptance certificate - 06
Support
Remote and on-site support for as long as the line runs. Software is handed over open, except proprietary software.
DELIVERABLE · Program backups
What we need from you.
- The part or its CAD, and the defect or dimension you want to check.
- How fast the part moves.
- Where the camera would go on the line.
- What to do with bad parts.
The first proposal, with the cell placed in your plant, is free of charge.
What we use.
If your plant has a different robot, PLC or vision standard, we work within it.
About machine vision.
What is the difference between 2D and 3D vision?
2D sees the part like a photo: position, presence and codes. 3D measures height, so it detects wrinkles, deformation and dimensions that a flat image cannot show.
Can parts be inspected without stopping the line?
Yes. The profiler measures the part as it passes on the conveyor or while the robot moves it.
Can you add vision to an existing cell?
Yes. We integrate the camera with the robot and PLC you already have.
Have you got a planned shutdown coming up?
The sooner we know about it, the more work we can do before we reach your plant. An engineer will reply.
