The cell in 3D, with its real status
We model every cell in 3D before building it. We take that same model to the WinCC Unified HMI and to the browser with Three.js: the operator sees which door is open, which e-stop is pressed, which rack is full and which tool the robot is carrying.

Visit and initial data
We look at the machine or the line, measure the cycle and ask you for the part or its CAD, the layout and photos.

Layout and simulation
The cell in 3D with the real robot: reach, interference and simulated cycle. The first proposal is free of charge.

Manufacturing and programming
The mechanical parts are manufactured and we program the robot, PLC, vision and HMI.

FAT in our workshop
We build the complete cell in Ortuella and test it, with you present if you wish.

What we need from you.
- The plant's PLC and HMI standard.
- Which data the MES should receive.
- Schematics or a signal list, if the cell already exists.
The first proposal, with the cell placed in your plant, is free of charge.

PlantPanel racking · Hungary
Two FANUC R-2000iC robots load panels into racks at the end of the line. 3D model, FAT in our workshop and production at the plant, with a 3D HMI and data to the MES over MQTT.

Can you connect the cell to our MES?
Yes. We send production data and cell status to the plant MES over MQTT.
Do you hand over the programs?
Yes. All the software we write for your installation is handed over open, with no passwords. Only proprietary software stays locked.
What is the 3D HMI?
A WinCC Unified screen that shows the 3D model of the cell and paints the real status on it: doors, e-stops, racks and tools.
