The partners have carried out complete robot replacements on press lines already in production, within planned shutdowns: programming and commissioning of the new robots and their vision system.

Everything that can be tested before the shutdown is tested before.

Visit and initial data
We look at the machine or the line, measure the cycle and ask you for the part or its CAD, the layout and photos.

Layout and simulation
The cell in 3D with the real robot: reach, interference and simulated cycle. The first proposal is free of charge.

Manufacturing and programming
The mechanical parts are manufactured and we program the robot, PLC, vision and HMI.

FAT in our workshop
We build the complete cell in Ortuella and test it, with you present if you wish.

Commissioning
Installation at your plant, tuning to production rate and training for production and maintenance staff.

Support
Remote and on-site support for as long as the line runs. Software is handed over open, except proprietary software.

Questions
About retrofit and support.
Can the robot be replaced without replacing the whole cell?
Yes. We reuse the mechanics, guarding and tooling that work, and replace the robot, controller or vision.
How long does the on-site work take?
As long as your planned shutdown. We prepare and test everything possible beforehand so that on site it only needs installing and tuning.
Do you provide support afterwards?
Yes. Remote and on-site support for as long as the line runs.
