What robot integration means
A robot leaves the factory without knowing how to do anything. Integrating it is everything needed to make it produce in your plant: choosing the model by payload and reach, designing the tooling, guarding and cabinet, programming it, connecting it to the machine and the safety system, and commissioning it at production rate.
01 · What it includes
Each item can be contracted separately or as part of a turnkey project.
Machine loading and unloading
Presses, process machines and conveyors, synchronised with the machine signal.
Press-to-press handling
Press-to-press robots, including on a linear axis, with vacuum grippers.
Stacking and racking
Parts into containers or racks at the end of the line, with one or two robots depending on the cycle time.
Palletising
Pallet building and pallet change without stopping the line.
Vision inspection
The robot presents the part to a camera or a 3D profiler.
Bin picking
Picking loose parts from bins with 3D vision.

Everything that can be tested before the shutdown is tested before.

Visit and initial data
We look at the machine or the line, measure the cycle and ask you for the part or its CAD, the layout and photos.

Layout and simulation
The cell in 3D with the real robot: reach, interference and simulated cycle. The first proposal is free of charge.

Manufacturing and programming
The mechanical parts are manufactured and we program the robot, PLC, vision and HMI.

FAT in our workshop
We build the complete cell in Ortuella and test it, with you present if you wish.

Commissioning
Installation at your plant, tuning to production rate and training for production and maintenance staff.

Support
Remote and on-site support for as long as the line runs. Software is handed over open, except proprietary software.

What we need from you.
- The part or product, with weight and dimensions, or its CAD.
- The cycle time you need.
- The layout of the area and photos of the machine.
- The robot or PLC brand, if the plant has a standard.
The first proposal, with the cell placed in your plant, is free of charge.

If your plant has a different robot, PLC or vision standard, we work within it.

PlantPanel racking · Hungary
Two FANUC R-2000iC robots load panels into racks at the end of the line. 3D model, FAT in our workshop and production at the plant, with a 3D HMI and data to the MES over MQTT.
Questions
About robot integration.
How much does robot integration cost?
It depends on the part, the cycle time and everything around the robot: tooling, guarding, electrical cabinet, vision and engineering. The robot is usually less than half of the total. Send us the layout and the part and we will give you a figure for your case, and the first proposal is free of charge.
Do you work with the robots we already have?
Yes. We program ABB, KUKA and FANUC. If your plant has a robot or PLC standard, we work within it.
Do you test the cell before installing it?
Yes. We build and test it in our workshop in Ortuella before shipping it. You are welcome to come and see it running.
