Privacy policy

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), the following information is provided about the processing of personal data on this website.

Purposes and legal basis

• Contact form: to handle and reply to your request and prepare the technical proposal you ask for. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures / consent (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.a GDPR).
• Attachments: if you attach photos or PDFs to the form (drawings, photos of the part or the line), we use them only to study your request. Same legal basis as the form.
• Newsletter: if you sign up in the site footer or tick the box in the form, we send you an email to confirm. Until you confirm, you will receive nothing. Every issue includes a one-click unsubscribe link. For each issue we count how many times each link is clicked, without knowing who clicks it. Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
• Where requests come from: with your request we store the language, the page from which you reached the form and, if you came from the calculator, the figures you used. If you accepted analytics cookies, we also store the page where you entered the site, the website you came from, the campaign (UTM) and the pages you viewed during that visit. This tells us which content is useful. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) and, for the visit path, your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• Web analytics: with your cookie consent, to measure site usage (Google Analytics 4). Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Recipients and processors

Data is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required. Data processors:

• IONOS SE (website hosting and storage of requests, attachments and subscribers; servers in the EU).
• Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Microsoft 365: sending the site's emails and the mailbox where we receive requests).
• Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Amazon SES, EU-Ireland region: backup email sending if the main service fails).
• Translated S.r.l. (MyMemory service, Italy): if you write to us in English, French or German, the text of your message is sent to this service to translate it into Spanish for our team. Your name, email and attachments are not sent.
• Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4, only if you accept cookies).

Microsoft and Google may make international transfers, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Retention

• Requests: for as long as needed to handle them and for the applicable legal limitation periods.
• Attachments: files stored on the website server are deleted automatically 12 months after receipt. Copies that reach our mailbox with the request are kept as part of it.
• Newsletter: while you remain subscribed. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email and the sign-up and unsubscribe dates, to respect your choice and be able to prove it.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contact@apricontrol.com, providing proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
